After signing up, you receive a secure, uniquely generated token link. Click it to open our Telegram bot and press "Start." Your account is instantly linked. From then on, you receive rich, interactive birthday alerts directly in your Telegram chat.

No installation required. Notifey runs entirely in the cloud. You only need a Telegram account or an email address to receive reminders. Setup takes under 60 seconds.

On the monthly plan, up to 150 birthdays. On the yearly plan (our recommended option), you can track unlimited birthdays — perfect for large families, teams, and heavy networkers.

Absolutely. Inside your account billing panel, there is a single-click cancellation button. No phone calls, no email loops, no dark patterns. Your subscription ends at the next billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

Absolutely. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information. Your birthday database is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We follow strict data minimisation — we only store what is needed to send your reminders.

Only you. Your contacts and birthday data are private to your account. Our support team may access anonymised, aggregated data for debugging purposes, but never your personal contact list.

We are fully GDPR compliant. You can export all your data at any time from your account settings, and you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our support team.

We support .vcf (vCard) files exported from Google Contacts, Apple Contacts, and most other contact apps, as well as .csv spreadsheets in our template format. You can download the template from inside your account after login.

By default, reminders are sent at 9:00 AM in your contact's local timezone (or your own timezone if none is specified). You can customise the reminder time and how many days in advance you want to be notified from your account settings.

If you miss a birthday message, it will remain visible in your Telegram chat history and email inbox. We also send a morning-of reminder in addition to the day-before alert, so you have two chances to take action.

Yes! Email reminders work independently of Telegram. If you prefer not to use Telegram, simply verify your email address and all reminders will be delivered as rich HTML emails. Telegram is an optional extra channel.
