Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You are requesting a refund within 30 calendar days of your first payment on a new paid plan.
  • You have not previously received a refund from Notifey.
  • Your account is not in violation of our Terms of Service.

Let us know you are requesting a refund under the 30-day guarantee. You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is always welcome.

Receive your refund

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Your account will be closed upon processing.

What Refunds Do Not Cover

  • Renewal charges if you did not cancel before the renewal date. We send reminder emails before every renewal.
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Second or subsequent refund requests from the same account.

Free Trial Cancellation

During your 14-day free trial, you are not charged. To avoid being charged after the trial ends, simply cancel your account from the billing settings before the trial period expires. No refund is necessary since no payment is taken during the trial.
